If you are new to bowling or would like to get back into the sport we offer free coaching on a Wednesday evening practice night from April to October. Just come along and you will be assured of a friendly welcome and you can try out your skills.
We have bowls of different weights that you can borrow and if you decide to take up the sport you can play socially or join one of our teams.
During the season our teams play on most days in the afternoons and evenings. So whether you are working or retired there will be a time when you can participate in a sport that help you benefit from gentle exercise and improving your coordination skills
